Will my course take place during Basel school holidays?
If you are looking for a German course that does not take place during Basel school holidays, choose a semi-intensive course. These are cancelled during Basel school holidays.

Can I cancel my private lesson appointments?
You can cancel private lesson appointments until 4 PM of the day before the planned appointment at no charge. We will add the canceled appointment to the end of your list of appointments.

Can I cancel my course and get a reimbursement?
Yes, you can cancel your course, and yes, we will reimburse money for unused lessons. However, we will deduct a handling fee of Fr. 300.
